"We worked with Mike from the end of June through October. We received his assistance for the purchase of our new home in Tuscany, and subsequently for the sale of our townhouse in Edgemont. As we started entertaining a relocation within Calgary, we crossed paths with Mike at an open house before we had engaged a realtor. We were immediately impressed by the depth of his knowledge of realty issues in northwest communities, and by his genuine interest in understanding our motivations, interests and preferences in seeking a new home. His style was both personal and professional.

We felt that he committed to our timeline, and he spent 4 or 5 weekends in a row offering open houses during the summer to ensure traffic through our house. His strategy for our Edgemont property worked, as we sold within 5 or 6 weeks of listing during summer season, which tends not to be a hot turnover period in the house market.  Throughout our work with him, he was in regular contact with us by text messaging and cell phone, took initiative to offer updates, and responded promptly to every inquiry or contact that we initiated.

I have already recommended Mike's services to other colleagues, and would not hesitate to contact him first if I had property to buy or sell today.
